Supreme Director, Emilio Moure, (4th from left)had the vision of creating the Museum here in California. It was during his year as State Secretary that he assigned a curator to the project. During the year he was State Deputy the plans started to take shape. During the administration of James Scroggin (far right) as State Deputy the Museum Association received it's non-profit status and started to become a reality. Now under the leadership of State Deputy Robert J. Villalobos ( 2nd from left) we reach forward into the future.
